Join the Cast

Whether you’re stepping onto a stage for the first time or returning to the spotlight, there’s a place for you at One For All Musical Theater.

Everyone Has Something to Offer

At One For All Musical Theater, we believe every production is stronger because of the people who bring it to life.

You don’t have to be a seasoned performer.

You don’t need years of experience.

You simply need a willingness to learn, grow, and become part of a community that encourages one another both on and off the stage.

Whether you’re three years old or an adult rediscovering a passion for theater, we’d love to meet you.

More Than Acting

Not everyone dreams of standing in the spotlight—and that’s perfectly okay.

Every production depends on people with a wide variety of talents and interests.

You can become involved in:

Acting

Singing

Dancing

Live Orchestra

Stage Crew

Set Construction

Scenic Painting

Lighting & Sound

Costumes

Props

Hospitality

Volunteer Support

Whatever your gifts may be, there’s an opportunity
to help create something meaningful.

A Place to Learn and Grow

One For All Musical Theater is built on encouragement, not intimidation.

Our experienced directors, musicians, choreographers, and volunteers work alongside participants to help them build confidence, develop new skills, and discover abilities they may never have realized they possessed.

For many people, their first rehearsal becomes the beginning of lifelong friendships.

For others, it becomes the place where they finally feel like they belong.

What to Expect

Joining a production means becoming part of something much bigger than a performance.

You’ll rehearse together.

Laugh together.

Solve problems together.

Celebrate together.

And when opening night arrives, you’ll share the unforgettable experience of bringing a story to life with people who have become like family.

Questions Before You Take the Stage?

One For All Musical Theater welcomes children beginning at age 3 through adults. Opportunities may vary by production, but our goal is to create meaningful roles for performers of different ages, experience levels, and abilities.

Not at all. Many participants join One For All for their first stage experience. Our directors and volunteers create an encouraging environment where cast members can learn, build confidence, and develop their talents throughout the production.

Participation costs may vary by production and can depend on costumes, scripts, materials, and other production needs. All fees will be explained before participants commit so families know what to expect.

Rehearsal schedules vary by production, role, and age group. Participants receive a detailed schedule before rehearsals begin so families can plan accordingly. Additional rehearsals may be scheduled as opening night approaches.

One For All works to involve as many people as possible, but available roles depend on the needs of each production. Even when a particular acting role is not available, there may be opportunities to participate through the ensemble, music, dance, technical theater, or volunteer support.

Absolutely. Every production depends on people working behind the scenes. Opportunities may include costumes, props, scenic painting, set construction, lighting, sound, stage crew, hospitality, music, and general volunteer support.

A member of the One For All team will follow up with information about the next production, available opportunities, important dates, rehearsal expectations, and participation costs. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions before making a commitment.

Use the contact form to tell us a little about yourself, your interests, and whether you would like to perform, volunteer, play music, or help behind the scenes.

Ready to Take the First Step?

Every great production begins with someone saying,

“I’d like to give this a try.”

Whether you’re interested in performing, volunteering, playing in the orchestra, or helping behind the scenes, we’d love to welcome you.
